Our clients are at the centre of everything that we do. Luu-Bridgets Healthcare (Complex Care) provides a variety of bespoke home care and complex care services that is designed to meet the outcomes of our clients.
Because complex care is indeed complex, our specialist trainings are provided by renowned external training providers and our own experienced nurses and registered manager. We ensure that our staff training is tailored to the specific needs of each client. If a client needs change, our training is swiftly updated to accommodate this new status.
Our aim is to provide choices and transparency as part of supporting you to meet your outcomes. We understand that it is your life, and you should have control over what happens to your care.
We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we have been inspected with a rating of Good.
Luu-Bridgets Healthcare is a member of The United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA) to ensure that standards are continually improved upon with latest information and support.
