Luu-Bridgets Healthcare (Complex Care) believes that supporting our clients with complex care provision is a life-long vocation. Our team of dedicated nurse-led staff are passionate about supporting people to fully live their lives by providing the best quality care tailored for individual needs. We provide complete nursing care which could be 24-hours a day or a few hours a day.

The specialist care division of Luu-Bridgets Healthcare support people with the following complex care needs:

  • Spinal cord injury
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Bowel/stoma care
  • Muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Brain injury
  • Ventilation/Respiratory support
  • Autistic spectrum disorder and learning disabilities.
  • Motor neurone disease
  • Specialist nutrition support
  • Other conditions requiring complex care provision.

Our experience registered nurse-the clinical lead, and the CQC registered manager work collaboratively with the client, family members, the NHS, GP and other supportive multi-disciplinary groups to create a bespoke support plan that meets the needs of the client.
After assessment, a personalised staff training, supervision and support programme are put in place to ensure the identified outcomes are delivered.
